Actor Jim Iyke Wins the Alleged N15m Scam Court Case

We earlier reported about this case where star actor Jim Iyke was charged to court over a N15m scam and he supposedly caused drama in court. If you missed that, catch up WITH THE STORY HERE

Now, it is reported that the ATTITUDE filled Jim has won the case against Habiba Abubakar. According to a representative of the actor, the case was thrown out (throway) by the court for lack of evidence.
With this, the case has now been officially closed.

Habiba had brought the case to the court against Jim Iyke in 2011 for an alleged 15million naira fraudulent activity by the actor. However there was rumour few months ago that Jim Iyke was reported to have begged that the case be settled out of court.
The actor is also reported to be in Brazil for studies. He was recently listed by the United Nations to help pick six children to receive quality education in the US. He also penned a multi million naira deal in The Gambia some weeks ago.
