Prince Wadada faces hard time

Kora Awards, winner, Prince Wadada,is not a happy person now.

The Reggae artist has found life very difficult since he was announced as the winner of Kora award and has been looking for ways to reach out to his fans. The winner of the best African Reggae act was promised some financial attachments by the organisers but no Kobo has reached his hands.

For every successful musician, there must be the support of management company which stands to be the problem of the Reggae act. The street shoemaker turned Reggae star, revealed that his then manager,Uzoma Omenka of Miracle Day Music following the non fulfillment of financial attachment to the award he won had been behaving funny to the extent of preventing him from honoring any musical shows.

Prince Wadada also complained that he was to perform at the just concluded Calabar Carnival in Cross River State but was stopped by the CEO of Miracle Day Music some hours before he was to step on stage after he had called the organizers he would sue them huge amount of money if Prince Wadada should perform claiming that the Reggea star is on his label.

On getting the call, Prince Wadada was told not to perform and the huge sum of money he was expecting to be paid was stopped.

The Kora award winner has been moving to places in search of how to cancel his contract with the label so as to move on with his career.
